A traditional puree made from 100% fresh Pomodorino del Piennolo D.O.P, using an artisan method. Due to the concentration of sugars and mineral salts naturally present in the lava soil of Vesuvius, this puree is characterized by a particular sweet taste and acidulous aftertaste. It is highly recommended to enjoy this on pizza and fried pizzas, although it is the queen sauce for any recipe.
